Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders processed within 1-3 business days.

 

US Shipping: Standard 3-5 days ($8, free over $70) | Express 1-2 days ($15)

 

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS (calculated at checkout). Delivery takes 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes.

 

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Klaer is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Incorrect Address: Klaer is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
